At Christmas, years 3 & 4 took on a project to plan, design and make Christmas stockings! The children chose their own materials as well as learnt new sewing skills! They had to think about the cost of making the stocking, against the profit we could make at the fair. Years 3 & 4 did some market research and surveyed people in the school as to what they think would sell the best, and at what price. 
The children then sold their stocking at the Christmas fair!
